Initial Term

Six-month commitment

The initial engagement runs for six months. Neither party can exit during this period except for material breach. Brand work needs time to compound. The six months protects that compounding.

Renewal

Six-month auto-renewal

After the initial term, the contract auto-renews for six months unless either party gives sixty days notice. This creates a natural annual review without trapping the relationship.

Spend Floor

$40k monthly minimum

The client commits to a minimum $40,000 monthly media spend. If spend drops below floor, the fee remains at $12,600 minimum. Two consecutive months below floor triggers a contract review.

Escalators

Performance-based renewal

At month eleven, if specific outcomes have been hit, the contract escalates: revenue growth, spend growth, or category leadership. Strong results trigger pricing adjustments. Modest results renew at current terms.

Annual Adjustment

5% base increase

The base retainer increases 5% annually at renewal. Standard inflation adjustment reflecting accumulated value of the relationship and rising costs.

IP & Ownership

Yours, always

All creative assets, brand work, and intellectual property produced during the engagement remain the client's property. Including if the engagement ends. The work you pay for is yours forever.

No exceptions.

Studio is application-only. Before any engagement, both sides need to confirm fit. These are the six criteria a brand must meet before we agree to work together.

    Active paid media

    You are currently spending $40,000 or more per month on paid media. This isn't an aspirational number. You're already in market, already buying attention. Studio is for brands ready to scale what's working, not test whether it can work.

    Profitable unit economics

    Your current ad spend is profitable, or at minimum breakeven. We are a brand and growth partner, not a turnaround specialist. We can sharpen what works. We can't fix what's structurally broken.

  3. 03
    Revenue at scale

    Your business is doing two million dollars or more in annual revenue. This ensures the engagement is sized appropriately and the investment is sustainable through the inevitable seasonal cycles.

  4. 04
    Founder commitment

    The founder or CEO is the decision-maker on the engagement, and stays in the room throughout. Studio works at the strategic level. That requires the person who owns the vision to be present.

    Six-month horizon

    You can commit to a six-month engagement. Brand transformation takes time. The compounding we're building doesn't show up in week three. It shows up in months four through six and beyond.
